Shipping policy

All Source Clothing items are custom-made to order. Each piece is produced specifically for you once an order is placed. Please review the details below.


Estimated Delivery Time

Your estimated delivery time (EDT) is calculated using the following formula:

Production time + Shipping time = Estimated delivery time

Production Time

Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days.
Production time depends on current order volume and product availability.

Shipping Time

Shipping time depends on the destination and carrier performance.
Estimated shipping times are based on historical delivery data.


Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order ships, typical delivery times are:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location.


Order Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has shipped.

Tracking updates usually begin appearing within 24–48 hours after shipment.


Split Shipments

Some orders may arrive in multiple packages.
This happens when items are produced or packaged separately to ensure product safety or when items ship from different facilities.

This is normal and does not affect your total shipping cost.


International Shipping & Final-Mile Delivery

For international shipments, orders may pass through multiple carriers.
The carrier that starts the shipment may differ from the one that delivers it locally.

If tracking updates appear limited, your package may be in transit with a local postal or final-mile carrier.

You can sometimes see additional updates by entering your tracking number on third-party tracking websites such as:

  • ParcelsApp

  • 17Track

  • Postal Ninja

These services are independent and may show extra carrier handoff details.

Customs, duties, and import taxes:

For international orders, local taxes, customs duties, or import fees may apply depending on your country. We are not responsible or held liable for any customs or import fees. Please check your country’s policy prior to ordering.


Delayed Orders

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Production issues requiring file or quality checks

  • Temporary product availability constraints

  • Carrier delays, weather disruptions, or customs processing

If your estimated delivery date has passed, please allow an additional 5 business days before contacting us, as updates may be delayed.


If Your Order Is Late

If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery time:

  1. Check your tracking link for recent updates

  2. Allow a few extra days, especially for international orders

  3. Contact the carrier if tracking shows the package is still in transit

  4. Reach out to us at orders@sourceclothing.co. If updates are unclear

If a shipment is confirmed lost and reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, we’ll review the case and take appropriate action.


Lost in Transit Claim Window

If a package is marked as lost in transit, you must contact us and submit a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims submitted after this 30-day window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking information shows that an order has been marked as Delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered.

If you’re unable to locate your package, we recommend first checking around the delivery area, with neighbors, or with your local postal service, as they may be able to provide additional details.

Because delivery confirmation is provided by the carrier, we’re unable to offer free replacements or refunds for orders marked as delivered, as we don’t have a way to verify non-receipt. If a replacement is still needed, it can be reordered at the customer’s expense.


Wrong or Incomplete Address

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • The order may be returned to us or held by the carrier

  • Reshipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility once the correct address is confirmed

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.


Unclaimed Shipments

Orders returned due to being unclaimed are subject to reshipping fees.
Unclaimed items held for over 30 days may be donated or recycled.
