Refund policy

All Source Clothing items are custom-made to order. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.


No Returns or Exchanges

Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

Please review the size chart carefully before ordering.


Order Changes & Cancellations

You may request a change or cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order.

After this window, production begins and we’re unable to modify or cancel the order.


Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To report an issue, email orders@sourceclothing.co with:

  • A clear photo showing the full item

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we’ll replace the item at no extra cost.

Claims submitted without clear photo evidence may not be eligible for replacement.


Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, you must report it within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Before a replacement is issued, we may ask you to:

  • Confirm the shipping address

  • Check with your local post office or carrier

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we’ll cover the replacement and reshipping.


Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows the order as Delivered, it is considered fulfilled.

We’re unable to offer refunds or free reshipments for orders marked as delivered, as we have no way to verify non-receipt once delivery is confirmed.

Before placing a replacement order, we recommend:

  • Checking around the delivery location

  • Asking neighbors, household members, or building staff

  • Contacting the local delivery carrier for details

Any replacement in this case must be placed at the customer’s expense.


Wrong or Incomplete Address

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the shipment is returned:

  • Reshipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility

  • If no updated address is provided within 30 days, the item may be donated

Please double-check your address before completing your order.


Unclaimed Shipments

Orders that go unclaimed or are refused by the recipient are returned.

  • Reshipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility

  • Unclaimed items held for over 30 days may be donated

No refunds are issued for unclaimed shipments.


Hygiene & Sealed Items

For health and safety reasons, sealed or hygiene-sensitive items (including face coverings or similar products) cannot be returned once opened.

Items returned in an unresellable condition will not be eligible for reshipment or refund.


EU Customers

In accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  1. Made-to-order or personalized items

  2. Sealed goods that are unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons

These items are not eligible for return or refund.
